• Sep 12, 2007 - Putting annimals (rats) in Foton-M .
• The Microgravity research satellite Foton M-3 was launched from Baikonur on Sep 14, with approx 400 kg payload of 40 life sciences and technology experiments provided by the European Space Agency. The spacecraft is in a 258 x 280 km x 62.9 deg orbit.
• Included was the YES-2 tether that successfully unreeled but signals were not received from attached the Fotino capsule so it is unknown whether its re-entry was successful.
• The Foton M-3 microgravity satellite was de-orbited at 0723 UTC on Sep 26 and landed at 0758 UTC in Kazakhstan, retuning its Russian/European microgravity payload to Earth. Foton M-3 Landed 150 km south of Kustanai ad a search helicopter touched down nearby six minutes later.
